10 sq. ft. Padauk 1/16 inch thickness random width and length. All our boards are surface sanded two sides to 100 grit, edges are unfinished. You will receive boards that are between 18 inch and 48 inch in length and 3 inch to 9 inch in width. When freshly cut the wood is bright orange red, becomes reddish brown. Moderately hard and heavy. Medium texture, but with large pores. Saws and planes easily to a very smooth surface. Color bright orange red, often with dark stripes. Padauk is a product of West Africa - Cameroon. Gabon, Nigeria, Gold Coast.
